IMPORTANT INFORMATION: your fees have to be FULLY PAID within ONE WEEK after your registration (if you register after the 1st of August you need to complete your payment in 3 working days). Only FULLY PAID registrations will be valid (registrations not paid on time will be automatically DELETED).
We remind you that A los Amigos has a LIMITED NUMBER of participants: 300 is the magic number! Please make sure to reserve your classes and milongas on time, cause once the magic number is reached, we will close registration (even before the official closing on August 31). TICKETS for the milongas can BE BOUGHT ONLY ONLINE, no tickets will be sold at the door.
Payment details will be sent to you once we receive your registration.
When payment is made, please send us a copy of the payment slip at info@a-los-amigos.
When we receive the payment confirmation, you will receive a “paid” notification of the invoice on the email specified in your registration form.
NOTICE: You need to have your invoice status “paid in full” in order to be able to attend the festival.
Cancellations by participants until August 1st are possible with 90% refund.
Cancellations by participants between 1 and 31 August are possible with 50% refund.
No refund for cancellations after August 31.
All money transfer expenses are paid by the participant.
A los Amigos Tango Festival is organized by the Rethymno Tango Group TangoCultural together with Dream Events Planning and therefore is a “members only” event. By registering to A los Amigos TF you confirm your voluntary application for membership in the group for 2016. We are committed to keeping your personal data safe and we take every reasonable precaution to ensure security. Your personal data is used for internal purposes only and is never sold or shared with anyone. Please use your real name (not your social network alias) as you’ll need your documents to pick up your tickets and membership card at the registration desk.
The participant is responsible for ALL costs incurred during registration and paybacks (including bank commissions/fees). The payments must be made 1 week after the registration (or within 3 days if you register after August 1). Otherwise the registration of the participant will be DELETED.
Online registration will be officially closed on August 25 (or when we reach the 300 participants).
The participant is responsible for fulfilling all conditions (e.g. visa, health issues, permission etc.), which are necessary to attend the A los Amigos Tango Festival. The organization team will not be responsible for any loss (e.g. missed flights/classes etc), due to unfulfilled conditions.
The organization team reserves the right to change or cancel a part of the organization without prior notice. In such a case, the organization team is only responsible towards registered participants.
If bank fees occur again on the A los Amigos Organization side, although the participant has already paid them from his side, the participant MUST ASSUME these costs as well. The A los Amigos Tango Festival organization will not accept any insufficient amounts, due to deducted bank commissions/fees.
If the participant will join the festival together with a partner, the participant and his/her partner will have to register separately.
For any changes you will have to contact the A los Amigos organization team. Any change opposing the contract of A los Amigos is not considered.
The participant will not be able to change anything after the 1st of September 2016.
No visitors are allowed to attend the classes. Only the organization team and participants who are registered and who have already paid are allowed to attend the respective classes.
The registration can not be regarded as fully completed and confirmed until the participant has paid the necessary amount. After receipt of the payment, the participants registration will be transferred to the class and milonga lists.
No video recordings are allowed during classes or shows, without permission of the organization team or the Teachers.
